Centre for Innovation in Learning and Ed-transformation (CILET) organized a "Faculty Orientation & Teaching Effectiveness Program" for SBS Faculty Members (particularly newly appointed lecturers and young faculty members), on March 17th (first module), 2022 at IBA. Experienced, SBS faculty members conducting the program.
CILET invited faculty members of all departments to attend this Program to acquaint themselves with the important components of teaching, to further enhance their understanding, and develop expertise in each. This workshop also encouraged faculty members to enhance peer-leaning by sharing of valuable teaching experiences with other faculty members & across departments.
