Workshop on
‘How to Make People Learn in the Environment of Global Companies’ with Mr. Norbert Micheal Alexy

March 27, 2023: Mr. Norbert Micheal Alexy, German SES Expert was invited to the session ‘How to Make People Learn in the Environment of Global Companies’ organized by the School of Business Studies (SBS) under the Centre for Innovation in Learning & Ed-Transformation (CILET), Institute of Administration (IBA), Karachi.

The instructive session commenced after the brief introduction of the participants, Dr. Shahid Qureshi Rector of GIFT University carried forward the session and instigated the projects of MEED and GIFT. Mr. Micheal on introducing himself, said “I do vocational training of the employees of responsible positions from last 10 years in the corporate university”. We believe in homogeneous work nature and quote an example of ‘employees from a different place on key account positions must possess the same skill set on their job’.

He forced on a constructive and fun learning environment for the students for better understanding and quick learning. Each lecture in the course will be entertained by the synergy of students, faculty, and a CEO from a new company. In conclusion, Mr. Micheal presented the trailblazing topics of the strategy design toolbox, value proposition canvas, porter's five forces, SWOT synthesis, risk management, and innovation management & funnel that ended with an informative Q&A session.
