Linkages

1. Industry-Academia Linkages: CILET will keep discussions sessions with the industry to enhance academic-industry collaboration for creating a platform for knowledge sharing between the two entities. This will give an opportunity to the SBS faculty members in understanding the on-going challenges faced by the companies in different area of businesses and how different departments within an organization are evolving to meet the future organizational needs. These discussion sessions will result in sharing of key learnings between the two and how each can mutually benefit from other. IBA can share best practices and new knowledge from research, while industry can share how existing curriculums be modified to meet future organizational needs.

2. CILET will collaborate with IBA International Office to create an opportunity where the SBS faculty teaches as a co-faculty for a semester at an international institute and an external faculty can teach at IBA. Through this activity, access of high quality resources can become more accessible and can result in development of team competence and cross-cultural awareness for the faculty.
