In a transformative workshop organized by the Center for Innovation in Learning, Education, and Teaching (CILET) at SBS on December 8th, IBA faculty delved into "Teaching Creativity Soft Skills to Boost Student Innovation.

"The session debunked myths about creativity, led by Prof. Dr. Steven Burian, Director of Science at the Alabama Water Institute, and co-trainer Dr. Mohammad Kamran Mumtaz. Dr. Burian highlighted the trainable nature of creativity, focusing on the art of connecting ideas.

Dr. Kamran engaged participants with interactive tasks, instilling practical strategies for integrating creativity into teaching. The workshop showcased SBS IBA's commitment to fostering innovation within its faculty, a crucial step in shaping future leaders.
